Understanding your manpower and cash issues can determine the success or failure of any project. Do not overestimate your capabilities or underestimate your cash flow.  Map out the details of all of the projects going on and what you are bidding that could happen in the near future.

Inflexibility is another challenges. Map out your plan and continually review your plan versus reality. Be willing to make changes when you see your plan is failing. Without a plan or refusing to gauge success against your plan has doomed many companies to continue down a road to failure. Have a willingness to change the plan and learn. Fail teachs you a lot.

Roof Replacement

We were extremely happy with our dealings with Andrew and his team.  When does your roof develop a leak?  On a Friday evening of course!

I rang Andrew on a Saturday morning and he responded to my call for help within a couple of hours.  Another business didn’t bother to return our call!

Andrew inspected the roof (in the rain), and reassured us that it was just a matter of replacing some broken tiles and repairing the ridge capping. Even though the roof is original late 50s, he remarked that it was generally in good condition and he didn’t try to upsell with a complete roof restoration, suggesting that we would only need to have it done for cosmetic purposes. What a relief!

By Wednesday the job was neatly and tidily done and the gutters cleared of leaves. On Thursday morning the team dropped in to check that the rain we has experienced that evening hadn’t affected the job. We recommend Andrew and his team.

Andrew and his team took on the job of restoring 100 year-old tiled roof when no-one else would even come to give a quote! They have done a great job. It was of course much more difficult than they hoped, and cost a lot more than the initial estimate, but that was because they did a really thorough job. Not only have they replaced the broken tiles and repaired ridge capping, but they’ve sealed the box gutter and valleys and replaced rusted tin so that it is now water tight for the first time in years. Brodie and Paul were cheerful and cooperative workers. Brodie always communicated well and in good time with us, and they were as unobtrusive as they could be under the circumstances. Great job guys.

Hardworking, Professional, Quality job with fantastic results! No job too big or small, great friendly attitude and use of quality ‘best on the market’ products.
Andrew came out straight away and gave a rough quote whilst standing on the roof! Then followed up with the official quote that night – no waiting! Also convinced us that we did not need a brand new roof just a restoral – where as other companies were only interested in quoting the $$$ and ‘unwanted not needed’ extras and could not submit quotes within 48hrs!!
Brodie and Mick worked very hard and took pride in their work, going the extra mile – they are a credit to your company so thank you again! Very happy customers!

I am extremely happy with Andrew and his team. They were timely and professional in all aspects.
My new roof now has added a lot of value to my home. I could not be happier with the final result.

Thanks guys!
